Warm Weather

Kason is so excited to have warm weather! He was so excited he decided to get him self dressed so he could go outside and play in the sand box. I looked outside to check on him and I noticed something. Look close and see if you can notice what I noticed.

Kason had a 50% chance getting his clothes on right. Well he failed, his shirt was backwards, his pants were backwards, and he even managed to put his shoes on the wrong feet!

Our Valentines Dinner

Brandon was gone on Valentines day so we decided to have a Valentines dinner on sat. night. We had fun decorating the table and making heart shaped jello jigglers. Makylie requested we had steak, her favorite (the steak was even heart shaped). We were glad that Jaisha was able to be there too!

Valentines

The kids had fun on Valentines day. Makylie did all of her valetines the night before with a little help from Kason. Look how organized Makylie had it. That didn't last long, when we woke up the next morning, they were not so organized! Kason had opened some and had them scattered every where. (we had to do a little repairing) Oh, but don't they all look so cute and innocent in thier new valentine outfits.

Kason's Birthday Party

Kason had a lot of fun at his birthday party! He helped me make his Bob the builder cake. He kept asking me all morning "Can we make my Bob the builder cake yet, Mom?" He had lots of fun playing with his cousins, opening presents and he loved his new gun! I don't think it has left his side since he got it.

Makylie's Diorama

Does Makylie look tired? She should she was up late working on here Diorama book report. Her assignment was to do a scene from the book she was reading. This is what she wrote on the top:

Setting: Freeko's back yard and Carolyn's back yard

Characters: Carolyn,Allen who are brother and sister and the Freeko neighbor

Setting about: Carolyn and Allen looking over the fence into the Freeko's back yard wondering if Freeko is dead because he was laying half way on the cement and half way on the very, very weedy, what I hate to call grass face down.

She is cute! She did a pretty good job.

Kason's Birthday

Happy Birthday Nick and Kason! Feb.6

On Kason's birthday he opened the presents that his grandmas gave him, he was excited. Grandma Lassen gave him a dump truck, couple of tractors and clothes. Grandma Dart gave him Bob the Builder blocks, a stuffed Bob the Builder, sun glasses, and clothes. All the things he loves. We are going to have a party for him this sat. Feb. 9 @3:00. He is asking for a Bob the Builder cake. He also wants a toy gun for his birthday.

Super Bowl Party

The Darts and Grandpa Swenson all came over to our house to watch the super bowl. It was a lot of fun. We took this picture of Gandpa with Drake. He was sooo cute with him. He would talk to him and giggle saying how cute he was. Then he would ask to see him again. You could tell that he loves babys.

Brandon's Poker Table

Cold and snowy days in Utah have made it so Brandon hasn't been working very much. He was going crazy so he decided to make him self a poker table. (It only took him 2 days.) He has been pretty excited about it. We played texas hold'm on it the other night with some friends. Lucky for me I was the first to win on the new table. (hee hee) He hasn't started any other new projects. He has been working down by St. George for a couple of weeks where it has been warmer. He has been building a block wall around a new developement going in down there.
